HOW WORKS?

Easy, without downloading anything, you only need a cell phone with a full battery and some headphones. Dramatized scenes, drone shots, video animations, voiceovers, old photos, or illustrations will appear on your devices.

It is a guided route that requires you to be and physically move around the city. Your mobile will indicate the itinerary at all times.

Oh, and most importantly: the handling is very simple and accessible, without any complications and created for all types of users.

AND WHAT ELSE?

There will be added fun. This route has been configured as a Trivial game, so we will test you with questions that you will have to solve. But don't worry, you can always complete the route.

What is the price of each route?

9,95€ by route. We recommend that each person hire a route and use their mobile phone or tablet individually.

Yes, two or three people can do the route with the same device, but we warn you that you will not fully enjoy the experience, since you will not be able to see the videos well or hear the audio clearly (we advise you to use headphones).

Where does it start and where does it take place?

To begin with, you must locate yourself at De los Reyes Católicos, 4 street. You can check this map if you don't know where it is.

The route will lead you through the streets of the city through a pedestrian route.

Accessibility

We design the routes with universal accessibility criteria for all people with reduced mobility.

Which is the recommended audience?

Everybody! Couples, crews, families, girls and boys from 10 years old.

The route is ideal for tourists or locals; young or old; schoolchildren or escapists; associations or companies; groups and individuals alone; for quiet or restless people.

Do I have to download an App?

You don't have to download anything. The route works through the mobile browser.

What happens if I lose connection during the game?

It's okay. Most of the route does not need a connection. And if you leave or an incident occurs it is not a problem either, because entering again with the same email recovers the route where you left it.

How do we do the route several people at once?

You can do the route as many people as you want at the same time, either collaborating with each other, or competing to see who can solve the puzzles first and complete the route first.

But our recommendation is that each person hire a route and do it with their own cell phone or tablet, so you will fully enjoy the experience.

Do I need a reservation? No need!

No reservation is necessary. The route is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can do it whenever you want and at the time you want. No waiting or appointment.
